Sr. Business Analyst

**Position Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Primary interface between users and the vendor.
- Test all releases prior to deployment in production.

Business Analyst
- Observe, model and document current processes and tools.
- Serve as the primary interface between the user and IT.
- Work with the users to understand the business needs to ensure the solution meet those needs.
- Develop Business Cases including cost, ROI and timeline to stakeholders for project approval. (Sr.)
- Architect solutions based on business needs, technology and budget. (Sr.) Project Management
- Manage the IT portion of the project and deliverables. (Sr.)
- Work with the team to determine project milestones and timeline. (Sr.)
- Manage complete projects to schedule, budget and pre-defined goals. (Sr.) User Support
- Enforce the principle of least privilege for user access.
- Take ownership of advanced or chronic issues and facilitate the vendor solution. (Sr.) Other
- Adhere to and implement IT best practices.
- Manage Projects to schedule, budget and pre-defined goals. (Sr.)
- Manage IT department purchases against OPEX and CAPEX budget. (Sr.)
- Training and mentoring of other team members. (Sr.)

**Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- Technological skills including SQL, Windows Application Monitoring, Process Modeling Tools

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent certifications and experience.
