**Overview**

This role is critical in maintaining operational excellence and supporting Vervent’s broader servicing and capital markets capabilities. From managing communications to supporting deal and CRM workflows, the Sales Coordinator helps ensure continuity, accuracy, and responsiveness across the sales lifecycle.

**Primary**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate day-to-day sales operations and ensure alignment across internal teams
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights
- Generate and distribute regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance metrics
- Oversee lead flow processes, acquisition tracking, and documentation control
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaign execution and lead generation initiatives
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, and manage the nurturing of warm prospects
- Facilitate meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales executives
- Maintain and monitor a pipeline of engaged prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and progression
- Conduct market research and support strategic sales initiatives and special projects
- Partner with client onboarding and servicing teams to ensure smooth transitions and post-sale support
- Uphold secure documentation practices and contribute to asset tracking to maintain portfolio integrity

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of professional experience in sales support or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce)
- Partner with client onboarding and servicing teams to ensure smooth transitions and post-sale support
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and or lead research tools

**Physical Requirements**:
The work is of an intellectual nature. While performing the functions of this job, the employee is required to stand and sit for prolonged periods. Specific vision abilities required include close and medium distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to hear normal sounds, distinguish sound as voice and communicate through human speech. This position requires the ability to operate a computer, keyboard, computer mouse, cell phone, tablet, fax, copier, writing tools, and other standard office equipment. On an occasion, an employee will be asked to lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.
