We are looking for a proactive, committed, and highly responsible Strategic Buyer to join our Supply Chain team in Mexico City.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute sourcing and procurement strategies across a defined group of commodities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on business needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies under the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager.
- Take full ownership of procurement activities for assigned purchases.
- Execute complex buying strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Proactively identify and resolve supplier issues related to delivery, quality, and invoicing.
- Analyze purchase requisitions and supply plans for both domestic and international sourcing.
- Create and manage RFQs and identify or develop new supplier sources as required.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and quality expectations with suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and conditions to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Perform value analysis and lead cost-saving initiatives.
- Act as a change agent within the organization to support strategic goals.
- Continuously monitor supplier performance and conduct regular business reviews to drive improvement and ensure alignment with expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Focus on continuous improvement and value analysis.
- Understanding of both local and international supply markets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
