In this role you will provide assistance to the wider business by ensuring that all purchasing activities align with corporate policies and procedures and by providing relevant market information.

**This position reports to**:
Procurement & Logistics Team Lead

**Your responsibilities**:

- Purchasing materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms, negotiating with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions.
- Initiating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures.
- Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues.
- Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price.
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines, procedures and external regulatory requirements based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Pro-cedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price.
- Conducting all Supply Chain activities for all goods and services in accord-ance with policies and procedures.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance or related.
- 2 years of experience with indirect materials purchasing or supply chain.
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures.
- Experience with Excel and SAP.
- A collaborative solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Advanced English level.
