Team Overview:
As a Supply Owned Channels lead at DiDi, your primary responsibility will be to develop our owned marketing channels and ensure effective communication with our driver community. You will play a crucial role in driving the optimization of DiDi’s Owned Channels and enhancing the overall performance of our driver marketing communication efforts while also developing new channels to expand our reach to our drivers.

Role Responsibilities:

- Plan, develop and implement marketing strategies to optimize engagement with DiDi owned channels, including the DiDi app, contact centers, website and other digital platforms (Youtube, webinars, social media). Continuously analyze and enhance these channels to maximize user engagement.
- Utilize DiDi’s analytical tools and processes to gather and analyze data related to supply-side marketing communication initiatives. Generate monthly reports and actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve marketing campaigns, targeting, and segmentation within the app.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication strategies for our driver community. Identify key drivers of driver engagement and satisfaction, and develop innovative approaches to improve driver communications.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the performance of Owned Marketing channels.
- Regularly monitor metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Divide customers into different classes based on common characteristics like demographics or behaviors and personalize the communication approach effectively.
- Be responsible for the documentation of all data processes and seek continuous improvements to these processes as appropriate

Role Qualifications:

- You have between 3-5 years in roles related to digital marketing, CRM management or Social media management roles.
- Experience planning and executing CRM and digital marketing campaigns based on research/insights, channel & comms planning, and campaign measurement & reporting.
- You have an analitical background with experience gathering, managing an interpreting data to generate reports with actionable insights.
- Experience turning data into visually appealing deck to tell data stories.
- Experience working with excel and google sheets, generating templates, pivot tables.
- Communication skills: being able to communicate well with multiple stakeholders to provide timely updates, status and reports on projects.
- Able to solve complex issues with autonomy and working in collaboration of multiple teams
- Creative: able to generate innovative approaches to address problems.
- Bias for action: with a relentless focus on results.
- Passion for high performance: A track record of being an energetic & optimistic team member with a collaborative spirit and the ability to influence and unify cross-functional teams, peers, and leaders.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.
