You will be the executive in charge of ensuring that everything about the Porto Fino experience for owners and residents, all that is seen, sensed, felt, heard, touched, smelled and tasted, is completely first class at all times.

The position will require circulating through the property, with a Porto Fino-supplied laptop and walkie talkie handy, for as much as 80% of the day, primarily in the pool, beach and gym/spa common areas where residents are most present, to ensure that all is perfect all the time. The entire cleaning staff will report directly to this executive so that all scheduled cleaning activities are handled on a level of excellence and so that any unforeseeable cleaning needs that arise throughout the day are dealt with immediately. A Pool / Beach Attendant will also report to this position to ensure a flawless set up at the beginning of every day followed by attentive re-deployment of umbrellas, lounge chairs and tables as residents come and go throughout the day.

The position will require interaction with residents to answer questions, to hear and forward suggestions and to ensure followup by others on operational, maintenance, security and administrative issues. There will be frequent, teamwork oriented, solutions-driven interaction with the supervisors of each of those departments as a co-executive.

This is a highly visible position reporting directly to the Property Administrator, including frequent interaction with resident members of the Vigilance Committee. As an owner-driven condominium that does not allow rentals for less than 90 days, we do not suffer the seasonal staff layoffs and ramp ups associated with the seasonal highs and lows of the hotel industry, so this is a full-time position that can be relied on throughout the year.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $17,500.00 per month
