- The role reports to the Miami-based Director of Growth for Latin America.

What you'll do
- Own the performance of paid subscriber growth in Mexico, defining and driving strategies and initiatives to reach our targets.
- Find opportunities for additional paid user and monetary growth based on user behavior, competitor landscape and cultural trends
- Understand metrics and data around our business, identifying existing challenges as well as opportunities for experimentation
- Optimize subscriber growth along the whole conversion funnel - from marketing to payments, onboarding, migration and retention - responsible for working with global internal teams and selected external partners in order to drive those initiatives
- Identify and lead efforts to optimize user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Collaborate closely with key partners (Marketing, Music, Podcasts, Analytics, Product) to identify and act on cross-functional growth opportunities.

Who you are
- You have 8+ years of working experience within an online consumer business, ideally in a relevant industry (entertainment, tech, start-ups)
- Experience setting up strategy and action plans with strong measurement frameworks
- A proven track record of leading and implementing growth projects independently and getting things done in a cross-functional organization
- Experience with online marketing and CRM campaigns before
- Comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and carrying out things yourself
- Able to work remotely, while remaining in sync with key team members and being an excellent communicator
- You are flexible and can adapt to a fast paced, agile team
