Como Customer Success Specialist, desempeñarás un papel crucial para garantizar el éxito de nuestros clientes, fomentando la confianza, comprendiendo sus objetivos y alineando expectativas para mejorar la lealtad y la colaboración.
Tus principales tareas seran:
- Desarrollar confianza con los clientes, comprender sus objetivos y alinear las expectativas para mejorar sus necesidades
- Atender y gestionar las solicitudes de los clientes, asegurando una comprensión clara de sus solicitudes.
- Capacitación sobre el uso de nuestra plataforma por medio de llamada y Videollamada.
- Aclaración de dudas sobre la plataforma y su uso.
- Construir y mantener relaciones con los clientes y empatizar con las necesidades del cliente.
- Facilitar reuniones cuando sea necesario
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
Sueldo: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 al mes
