**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity in Monterrey**:
Join us as a **Last-Mile Route Planning Analyst** and play a key role in designing efficient, smart, and reliable delivery routes across multiple markets. You will use our routing platform (Omnitracs Roadnet) to create daily operational solutions that keep our delivery teams moving.

In this role, you will gather and analyze local operational data, understand on-the-ground constraints, and transform that information into high-quality routing plans. You will also help identify opportunities to improve our routing processes and drive continuous operational excellence.

**Your Impact**:

- Create and deliver daily last-mile delivery plans that meet operational standards and service expectations.
- Use the Omnitracs Roadnet platform to design optimized route plans tailored to local needs and operational constraints.
- Collaborate daily with teams across multiple countries, including local sales and operations partners.
- Work on a rotating schedule aligned with front-line operations: five days a week, Monday through Sunday, with occasional late-afternoon or evening shifts.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, sharing feedback, and engaging closely with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Strong presentation abilities, including summarizing data and creating simple visual diagrams to communicate ideas clearly.
