- What you would do:_
- Help clients find talented people and help people advance their careers.
- Identify and develop business relationships.
- Contact senior executives by listening to their staffing needs and addressing their talent concerns from a consultant perspective.
- Manage multiple vacancies, knowing how to prioritize and successfully close searches within established deadlines.
- What we would like to value:_
- + 2 years of experience as a headhunter/ end-to-end recruiting for a tech/startup company or selling some B2B consulting service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to reach the most significant talent, generating a good network of professionals.
- Operate with an incredible sense of urgency while still paying attention to detail.
- Meet tight deadlines in an independent and motivated manner.
- Professionals oriented to meeting explicit quotas and targets.
- Familiar with working with CRM/ATS (tech savvy).
- Fluency in English and Spanish
