- At the direction of the General Manager, oversee Production and Operations to ensure that the plant meets production needs, regulatory requirements, and profitability targets for a Back End Investment Casting facility comprised of 350+ employees.
- Plan, budget and develop projects that increase productivity, reduce operational costs, reduce scrap, and improve product quality.
- Perform administrative functions, such as budgeting, reviewing or writing reports, approving expenditures, enforcing rules, and purchasing materials or services.
- Oversee the performance of two Business Unit Managers, three Manufacturing/ Quality Engineers, and the Production Control / Supply Chain coordinator.
- Confer with General Manager regularly to discuss individual problem issues or areas.

Experiência y requisitos
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA from accredited Educational Institution.
- ** Experience**:Seven to ten years’ manufacturing experience in increasingly responsible roles. Preferably in Investment Casting or Aerospace manufacturing facilities. Production environments with NDT & Weld Special Processes experience for different alloys is a must.
- Exposure to Digital Radiography processes for final NDT inspection is considered a plus.
- Strong ability to learn new processes and develop focused process Improvement initiatives leading cross functional teams.
- ** Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**: Knowledge of the casting industry. Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. Formal problem solving skills. Excellent analytical skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office and Manufacturing software. Strong computer skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent leadership skills. Strong management skills. Strong team building skills.
