We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: **IT Publisher Operations Analyst**: **SoftwareOne** Scope: Full time | Office: Mexico City | Hybrid This role plays a key role in the Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery Model, offering early and direct access to clients. They have direct interactions with clients to ensure better end-to-end accountability for the respective quote process. **How a day-to-day would look like in this role** - Scoping, client query handling (on-catalogue) and quote creation through SoftwareOne Delivery CRM (OneWorkplace). - Non-strategic renewal management (on-catalogue). - Vendor engagement (on-catalogue). **Performance KPIs** - Client Satisfaction Score (CSAT). - Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance. - Win rate quote to order. - Number of cases.
