**Descripcion del trabajo**

Travel Pass es una agencia de viajes que se encuentra en búsqueda de agentes de VENTAS, los cuales estarán en constante contacto llamada tras llamada (back to back) con personas de todo el mundo que están interesados en reservar habitaciones de hoteles o únicamente llaman para obtener precios o información general del hotel.

**Funciones:
**La función del agente de ventas “sales agent” será concretar la reserva sin importar la razón por la cual llaman los clientes, brindando una excelente labor de venta para terminar de convencerlos. Siguiendo el “5 step sales process” enseñado en entrenamiento que se resumen en los siguientes pasos: - Opening - Probing - Features and Benefits - Offer - Close Además de seguir los 5 pasos de ventas, se tiene que complementar con el buen manejo de objeciones (ARC), estos procesos no son opcionales, sino obligatorios en cada llamada. El manejo de objeciones es de suma importancia, se requiere ser una persona insistente y no tomar un “no” como respuesta.Recibir llamadas entrantes de clientes potenciales, hacer una serie de preguntas esenciales para conocer las necesidades principales del cliente, tener escucha activa para saber que amenidades del hotel ofrecer y hacer una oferta atractiva, dar la descripción completa de la habitación incluyendo precios y amenidades y principalmente cerrar la venta siendo persistente, siempre con la meta de lograr la venta.
