Job Description - Schedules and releases production plans based on rated capacity and backlog requirements, ensuring material availability and complying with committed dates to customer. - Responsible of daily maintenance of production programs, order re-scheduling and delivery commitments. - Responsible of tracking and maintaining healthy metrics related on time delivery, exception management and backorder. - Daily shop floor control activities to ensure production plans are executed on time and under correct priorities, while addressing obstacles that require immediate attention. - Active involvement in area KPIs (delivery, quality, safety, cost) regarding productivity projects and initiatives - Active communication with functional areas (quality, manufacturing, production, buyers) to ensure scheduled production plans are executed on a timely manner. Complexity Works in a dynamic environment that requires solid time and priority management, as well as effective and timely communication within functional departments. Demonstrates proficiency using ERP and MES systems available. Requires ability to interact with people at different hierarchy levels and drive results. Supervision Normally requires little instruction on day-to-day work, generally instructions on new assignments. Knowledge/Skill - Technical knowledge on manufacturing operations, scheduling principles and material procurement - Proficient on Microsoft Excel and SAP (or equivalent ERP systems) - Fluid in English spoken and written - Solid presentation and communication skills - Demonstrated ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure

Experiência y requisitos

Experience - 3-5 years of related experience Education Level - Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering -English 85 %
