**ANALYST**

The Supplier Relations Specialist will assist in interactions with suppliers by establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with key vendor stakeholders in the Americas region. This person will manage a high volume of supplier spend information while interacting and communicating with the vendors, suppliers, and internal resources on a frequent basis. The position will provide service in both Latin America and North America as required.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supplier onboarding
- Supplier governance
- Management of the legacy HH Global SRM tool, including working with counterparts in the UK
- Work with the Supplier Relations team to activate any new vendors in the proprietary order management system.
- Contract processing and DocuSign
- Processing of VSA addendums
- Implementation of SRM rollout with current vendors including tests and communication plans
- Processing and management of vendor flow down provisions
- Management of CAPAR incidents and creation of tool to monitor and track
- Prepare and present materials to vendors
- Project management of vendor projects with strategic sourcing and/or account teams
- Promote HH Global to the supplier community and ensure supplier concerns are heard and addressed on a day-to-day basis.
- Proactively identify and present additional supplier solutions to continuously support HH Global growth and ability to generate account revenue.
- Communicate confidently and effectively with multiple levels of HH Global staff.
- Work with HH Global personnel to resolve issues in the supplier community.
- Maintain and update supplier records within Microsoft Dynamics AX.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-3 years of project management experience in Marketing industry.
- Independent thinking, strong organization, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Accurate and timely execution of tasks within tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards in all business dealings.
- Proven project management experience.
- Direct vendor interfacing experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple outside vendors and internal clients.
- High proficiency in English
- Highly proficient with MS Office software; high aptitude for Excel.
- Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed.
- Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments.
- Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
