**What does a great **Regional People Business Partner **do?**

Using extensive employee relations skills and experience, the Regional People Business Partner will help cultivate a positive work environment by providing expert consultation and guidance to managers and employees on wide range of People matters. The role holder will lead a small team in the region.

**Responsibilities**:
**What we look for/who would prosper in this role?**
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to managers and employees on diverse and complex employee related matters including; performance management, attendance issues, disability employee relations issues, corrective action, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, workplace investigations of misconduct, policy violations and involuntary terminations.
- Oversee resolution of employee related concerns in a manner that mitigates legal exposure and maintains a positive work environment that is fair, safe, engaging, delivers strong business results.
- Act as a credible, trusted advisor to People Team leaders and business leaders in the Americas region by leveraging his/her experience, expertise, organizational awareness, business acumen, pragmatic mindset, and ability to effectively partner with and influence others.
- Create and/or update policies and procedures for the Americas region and ensure compliance working with appropriate COE teams within the People team and socializing to get input and alignment across the broader organization.
- Maintain strong relationships internally and externally as many activities will require efforts across both internal and external partners.
- Has worked in a tech high growth environment, understands tech employees and the talent demand challenges.
- Experience of working in the US is highly desirable.
- Experience of growing a new site
