Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Responsible for Legal and Customs Compliance under the IMMEX program.
- In charge of foreign trade operations for import and export by air, sea, or land.
- Responsible for the control and review of Annexes 24 and 30 (Inventory Control).
- In charge of reviewing and managing accounts, as well as hiring Customs Brokers and Carriers. Responsible for Fixed Asset control at the plant.
- Management of bids for transportation and customs brokers.
- Liaison with internal clients and suppliers to ensure customs compliance for imports and exports.
- Responsible for compliance with certifications and customs regulations.
- In charge of maintaining an auditable customs file.
- Responsible for verifying Certificates of Origin.

Experiência y requisitos
- Proven experience in importing/exporting steel or metal. Metalmechanic industry experience (is a MUST)
- Educational background in International Trade, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
- Legal and customs compliance related to IMMEX, Certificates of Origin, and auditable customs files.
- Familiarity with Annex 24 and 30 (Inventory Control).
- Coordinate with customs brokers and carriers, including on contractual matters.
- Knowledge of IVA-IEPS certifications, CTPAT, and the IMMEX program. Strong understanding of Annex 22.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Be available for travel, and currently reside in Mexicali.
