**Web Operations Trainee, Business Development - Monterrey, NLE**

**The Basics**

Web Operations Trainee is responsible to support the Web team activities through documentation, process follow up, requirements organization and tracking for the D2C ecommerce websites across LAR North Region.

This is a LARN Region position that gives service to México, Andean Region, Central America Region and the Caribbean, working with the Commercial teams, Digital Marketing, CX, Brands and other teams that support our Direct to Consumer operations.

This opportunity is located in Mexico headquarters.

**Your day to day**
- Document and organize internal customers requirements for a correct prioritization and backlog management
- Update ongoing evolution plans across different ecommerce websites to ensure all are constantly evolving.
- Support the Web Operations lead in prioritization and resource assignment activities.
- Track and monitor internal and external development resources work loads and work times to generate utilization reports.
- Support the web operations team in the sprint planning and sprint review phases.
- Identify bottlenecks and their causes in the flow in order to suggest corrections.
- Coordinate and manage regular touchpoints as well as the backlog resolution.
- Foster self-management and multidisciplinarity.
**Background and Experience**
- Student of Industrial Engineering, IT or Marketing programs with at least 3 semesters left.
- Desired experience in project management
- Desired experience in google analytics
- Ability to work with Google Workspace Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
- Intermediate English: Written / Spoken
