- **YOUR ROLE**:

- **Design and release of wire harness components including plastic shields, metal brackets (grommets desirable) to meet routing and retention requirements.**
- **Design and modification of 3D models in CATIA (3DX and v5) in an assembly context.**
- **Design 2D engineering and manufacturing drawings per EDS guidelines using Zuken.**
- **Quality tracking and compliance.**
- **Design for manufacturing following DFMEA, boundary diagram, clash avoidance and design rules.**
- **Manage part numbers.**
- **Manage tooling manufacturing with suppliers to meet requirements.**- **YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics engineering or equivalent.**
- **3-4 years of relevant experience in design.**
- **Experience in 3D and 2D design with**CATIA v5**and**6**
- **Experience in communicating with technical stakeholders to collect and clarify requirements.**
- **Experience with**PPAP**managing suppliers for automotive products delivery.**
- **Experience with**DFMEA.**
- **Experience in**plastic**and**metal parts design**.**
- **Experience with PLM SW such as**Teamcenter.**
- **Experience with**wire harness parts.**
- **Experience with automotive 3D and 2D design guidelines**
- **Advanced level of communication in**English**.**
