**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Salesforce business analysts, consultants, and administrators, ensuring that projects are executed in alignment with best practices.
You will lead technical design sessions, enforce standards, and provide guidance to the team on development approaches.
As a client-facing architect, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and drive the solution delivery, managing expectations and ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within scope.

**Requirements**:
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Developer 1, and Marketing Cloud.
Strong proficiency in both declarative and programmatic development, alongside the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions, is essential.
Industry knowledge is also key, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Hospitality or Health Cloud projects implemented in Salesforce would be a strong advantage.
**Nice to have**:
Salesforce Architecture Certifications Like Application Architect, Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect.
Project Management Certifications
DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, Flossum
