Validation Engineer

**My role**:
- Review costumer specification, reliability requirements and design product specification to generate a test plan.
- Negotiate with the customer (OEMs) the scope of validation testing
- Reserve / quote validation testing for in house facilities or external lab (if required)
- Quality engineering process owner, for audit
- Follow up validation testing and give design team and costumer status
- Create and follow up Incident report (PCRs) for issues found during validation
- Help design team to closed incident report (PCRs) with verification testing
- Generate validation test reports to share with the customer (DVPR and all combined reports)
- Validation test documentation for PPAP process
- Attend and support product team / customer team meeting (can be with USA, EU or Asia)
**My background**:
- Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Industrial or Mechanics Engineering
- 3 years of experience in Engineering field
- Conversational English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Teamwork
