**Team introduction**:
The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimise their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behaviour change.

About the Role
1. TikTok is looking for full-time Measurement Partners. This is a Mexico City-based role. This role will partner with our top clients and agencies to help launch the market, where your contributions will help establish how we build advertiser effectiveness.
2. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.
3. We seek highly-driven, empathetic, individuals who are looking to build our Marketing Sciences discipline where execution, curiosity, and data-driven thinking in a fast-growth environment to make others better will be critical for success.

**Responsibilities**:
4. Partner primarily with clients and agencies to provide a good measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platform
5. Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement 1st or 3rd party measurement solutions for Key Accounts with a learning agenda
6. Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams

**Qualifications**:
**Minimun Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferred
- A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- A track record with attribution and conversion methodologies
- Successful examples where past measurement contributions led to behavior change
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must
- Proficient english skills

**Preferable Qualifications**:
A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration
- Experience with advertising agencies or advanced marketing data-driven organizations preferred
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
- Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems is a plus
