Job Summary - Prepare invoices import and export, - Maintain updated files - Control inputs and outputs of equipment and machinery - Communicating with Customs agents and USA warehouse in a professional business manner - Data entry and management - Shipment tracking - Carriers coordination - Maintaining detailed information of all transactions using database systems - coordinating exports and imports in accordance with company policy and MX/U.S. Government regulations Strategic Context and Challenges - Great customer service skills - Verbal and written communication is necessary - Strong coordination and organization skills - Good problem solving skills - Microsoft Office experience Deliverables - Annex 24 - Annex 22 - Ley Aduanera - 8th Rules - Harmonized Tariff - Code of Federal Regulations - General Rules on Foreign Trade

Experiência y requisitos

Functional Competencies - Ensure compliance with US export and import regulations. - Manage the traffic department - Responsible for the movement of materials, hardware, and heavy equipment. - Responsible for the delivery of packages and equipment to and from shipping and receiving.
