We are looking for a Senior Final Test Engineer - In this role you will have an active participation on monitoring, understanding and implementing actions to improve KPIs for the company. Some of the process responsibilities are: -Prepare daily and weekly reports of the main activities and projects assigned -Improvement Activities to reduce the Quality Rejects & Hold Lots in the different processes -Line Sustaining and support to the Technician Set-ups
**In your new role you will**:

- Focused on Quality Analytical Mind set based on Data for area of responsibility
- Couching / Mentoring the line sustaining engineering people
**You are best equipped for this task if you have**:
- BA Electronic Engineer: Knowledge on transistor characteristics/function
- 5+ years of experience on electrical test in the manufacturing field, in order of importance: FET/IGBT/IC
- Fluid in English written and spoken
- MS-Office knowledge (Skillful on analysis of big volume of data in excel)
- Advantage knowledge and practice on problem solution methods: 8D, FTA, 5W, Ishikawa, DOE
- Knowledge and practice on manufacturing standards: PCP, FMEA, GRR/MSA, TWI
- Experience on SECS GEM standard
- Good communication, Team work, Positive attitude, Proactive
