**What will you do**:

- Ensure requested materials are available and complete.
- Supervise picking and packing processes.
- Monitor timing and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Check inventory levels and report shortages or excesses.
- Identify system discrepancies and suggest corrections.
- Oversee material reception and proper storage.
- Control outbound flows to production.
- Assign tasks to warehouse or picking staff.
- Train the team on procedures, safety, and system usage.
- Evaluate performance and motivate the team to achieve goals.
- Propose efficiency improvements in picking operations.
- Identify bottlenecks or recurring errors.
- Collaborate with other departments (purchasing, logistics, production).
- Generate reports on picking performance, errors, and productivity.
- Document incidents and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records in the system.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Monitor idle times.
- Perform root cause analysis.

**How will you do it**:

- Working with JCMS operating system tools.
- Develop and implement effective material management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
- Supervise material planning and scheduling aligned with production requirements and operational goals.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Lead and train material management staff to improve their skills and overall team performance.
- Implement best practices in material handling and storage to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

**What are we looking for**:
**Requirements**:

- Completed professional degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in material management or inventory control.
- SAP proficiency; WMS and MM modules (desirable).
- Internal logistics concepts.
- Supply chain concepts.
- Root cause analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills focused on process optimization and waste reduction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with teams and external partners.
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in material management software and inventory tracking systems.
- Schedule availability for rotating shifts.

**Desirable**:

- English language (basic to intermediate level).
