**QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP ECC / S/4HANA Finance related areas as implementation consultant.
- Required knowledge:

- Mandatory experience in SAP ECC / S/4HANA Core Finance modules: New GL, AR, AP, AA.
- Mandatory experience in SAP ECC / S/4HANA Financial Contract Accounts Payable and Receivable: FICA. Proven implementation experience in Industry customers such as Utilities or Financial Services.
- Participation in new implementation / conversion projects from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA using SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience in SAP Finance components such as Group Reporting and Central Finance is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- ABAP debugging, tracing and optimization is highly desirable. Not ABAP development skills required.
- Participation in business processes improvement projects using Intelligent Technologies such as SAP Process Automation and Machine Learning is a plus.
- English language: mandatory proficient spoken and written.
- Good presentation and communication skills for customer facing activities.
- Ready to travel for assignments (short term).

**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**

SAP Premium Hub Center of Expertise (Premium Hub CoE) is a global group of consultants who supports SAP Premium Engagement customers in their adoption and operation of SAP Cloud solutions.

CoE S/4HANA Core Finance, FICA Consultant will deliver services to support customers on their SAP S/4HANA adoption journey; as well as customers running lived production systems that need to optimize business processes, monitor and maintain their operations.

CoE S/4HANA Core Finance, FICA Consultant must be able to accompany customers executing S/4HANA implementation projects with SAP Partners. Consultant will provide guidance and support across all SAP Activate phases to ensure a successful S/4HANA implementation project:

- In the Discover and Prepare phases, consultant must demonstrate business benefits to adopt S/4HANA, provide recommendations about best transition path and support customer on architecture definition.
- During Explore and Realize phases, consultant must conduct interviews to understand business processes design and provide recommendations to stick to SAP Best Practices and SAP standard. Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage interviews and functional documents (blueprint / workshops / meetings / user stories).
- Propose recommendations to optimize business processes in Deploy phase, from a technical and functional perspectives.
- Support customer to address issues reported during Run and operation phases.
- Support business processes continuous improvement once customer is operating S/4HANA.

**EDUCATION**
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Finance or similar.

Spanish - Fluent in both spoken and written (mandatory)

English - Proficient in both spoken and written (mandatory)

Portuguese - desirable
