**Descripción**:
Skyworks is looking for a Quality Supervisor capable to ensure qualifications and qualification readiness on New Product, Package and Process Qualifications are meet. This include electrical testing of stressed parts is complete on time and responsible for making sure devices are stressed in the correct and accurate manner to internal and industry standards.

**Responsabilidades**:
The Quality Supervisor responsibilities are supervising Product, Package and Process Qualifications perform in the Mexicali Product Reliability Lab.
- Make sure HAST/HTOL configuration are correct based on setups provided.
- Technician Training for:

- Configuration HAST/HTOL boards and ovens
- Process Flows
- Follow electrical test schedules and loadings schedules
- Work with Reliability managers and engineers to meet Qualification schedules.
- Attend planning meetings as needed.
- Update Manager/Supervisor of qualification readiness.
- Create and develop documentation of new process or flows.
- Report progress of projects and Qualification process.

**Experiência y Habilidades Requeridas**:

- BS in Electrical, electronic, Physics, or Mechatronic engineering
- +1 Year in a Supervisor position or similar.
- Excellent written communication skills and organizational skills are essential (+60% English)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is required.

**Experiência y Habilidades Deseadas**:

- Experience with burn-in, temperature cycle, and other environmental testing is a plus.
- Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility is a plus.
- Knowledge of RF bench test is a plus.
- Knowledge of ATE test platforms is a plus.
