**Job Description**:
PLM EBP Description:

- The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Enterprise Business Process Specialist demonstrates in-depth working knowledge of PTC’s (Parametric Technologies Corp.) suite of products, primarily Windchill, ProjectLink, MPMLink and Creo Parametric.
- Provides PLM domain expertise in areas of Computer Aided Design (CAD) Data Management, Parts & Bills of Material Management, Change Management, Integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system & Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Plans and executes workshops with business users to define processes and facilitates discussions across multiple business units or product lines.
- Provides business solutions, defines software requirements, and builds process workflows.
- Ensures solutions are well-engineered, operable, and maintainable over time while ensuring adherence to defined change management guidelines and quality assurance processes. Demonstrates innovation when designing solutions and solving complex PLM problems.
- Being a part of IT, manages relationships with multiple business units to develop a clear understanding of the current PLM and CAD offerings to optimize and realize the full potential of these tools.
- Prepares functional specifications and business requirements through critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources and reconciles conflicts.
- Several years of experience with enterprise PLM, CAD or MES systems. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience with PTC suite of products.
- PLM system or business process experience in a large engineering or manufacturing company.
