**Job Description Summary**:
Financial Supervisor in commercial finance for EDS North America. Partner with commercial sales, general accounting, and accounts receivables teams to provide key financial support to customer account integrity.

Support and ensure adequate price management; manage debits and credits issues; past due management; revenue accruals and forecast.

Supervises 1 Finance Analyst

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Customer account finance liaison
- Work in cross-functional teams to evaluate, analyze, understand price strategies and manage price debit and credit issues
- Manage price performance and recoveries
- Revenue actuals and forecast
- Follow price integrity
- Support on past due management
- Revenue accruals: process the entries with a real understanding of the accruals and provide support after revenue reconciliation with the technical accounting team.
- Active participation in month, quarter, and year-closing processes as well as budget activities

**Organization responsibilities**:

- Reports to the Manager of Commercial Finance

**Basic Skills/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related areas
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis
- 5+ years of experience with commercial/customer team support
- Solid business process understanding
- Change process initiative: innovative/continuous improvement
- English (Advanced)
- Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint (Proficient)
- Manufacturing sector experience

**Preferred Skills/Qualifications**:

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment: problem-solving/decision-making
- Sound communication skills: written and verbal along with individual, team, and group environments
- Experience with diverse customers
- Experience leading initiatives or key projects
- Automotive sector experience
