**Objective of the position**
Manage the team of Mechanical Tool Manufacture and take care of the available equipment cooperating in projects to procure equipment, prototypes and/ or testing equipment; lead/coordinate the internal build of the tools.

**Principal activities**
- Conduct coordination and optimization work for the launch of new products, with regard to equipment/special equipment/ testing equipment (injection tools).
- Clarify technical requirements and dimensions for injection tools, in cooperation with the involved departments; conduct feasibility studies.
- Cooperate in developing goals/targets for equipment/injection tool (e.g. cycle times, personnel, utilization, etc.) in cooperation with the involved divisions.
- Create calculations (e.g. for the bid phase, cost comparison, profitability, amortization calculations, etc.) with regard to different equipment/injection tool concepts.
- Create and handle project planning with regard to tasks and schedules for the injection tools, according to the project’s deadlines; inform the team members.

**Requirements**:

- Professional career: Bachelor's Degree
- Education: Mechanical Engineer / Industrial Engineer/ Kindred
- Language: English, 3 Advanced Level
- German: (plus)
- Relevant experience: Tool Making,
- Industry: Automotive
- Technical knowledge: Problem solving tools, Product Integrity, Statistical Tools, Risk Analysis, Customer specific requirements, IATF 16949:2016 Standard, Excel, Functionality of injection molds, SAP, 3D Software designe.
