**Location**:Corporate Office, Mexico City

**Availability**: Full-time, highly flexible hours (international operations)

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and submit medical claims to insurers worldwide.
- Verify eligibility and coverage of international insurance policies.
- Follow up on accounts receivable (A/R), reconciliations, and denied claims.
- Coordinate with bilingual medical providers and patients across multiple time zones.
- Document and audit processes in EMR/EHR systems according to HIPAA standards.
- Keep billing updated in compliance with private insurer regulations.
- Handle urgent requests outside regular hours as operational needs arise.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Biller or related area (coding, medical collections, etc.).
- Advanced English-Spanish oral and written proficiency.
- Knowledge of:
CPT and ICD-10 codes, EMR/EHR systems, International billing and insurance companies, Bilingual medical terminology, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas)
- High level of autonomy, confidentiality, and compliance focus.
- Ability to work under pressure, across different time zones, with multitasking skills.
- Availability for occasional international travel if required.
