Labor Relations Analyst

Requisition ID: 37355- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for an enthusiastic Labor Relations Analyst who is ready to take on new opportunities. The Labor Relations Analyst provides HR support to the HR Manager, leaders and employees creating an engaged and productive workforce through Danfoss' policies, programs and practices.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Coordinate recruitment agencies
- Generate KPIS
- Create accion plans to work with supervisors in areas
- Supporting Union activities and requerimients
- Labor relationship activities

**Background & Skills**:

- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or another relevant academic background is required.
- English advanced
- operational experience as an HR Labor Analyst, come from a global industrial environment.
- You identify and resolve issues independently, and you will show initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances.
- As a person, you have a high level of empathy, and you are a people person.
- You have a global mindset and outstanding communication and presentation skills to efficiently communicate across all levels in the organization.
