**Repostería I, II y III**

**Objetivo del puesto**:
Desarrollar habilidades y conocimientos fundamentales en técnicas básicas de repostería, mediante la correcta aplicación de métodos de elaboración, manipulación e interpretación de recetas, garantizando la calidad, presentación y sabor de los productos de panadería y pastelería básica.

**Actividades**:

- Identificar los ingredientes, utensilios y equipos básicos utilizados en la repostería.
- Comprender las propiedades físico-químicas de los ingredientes y su función en las preparaciones.
- Aplicar correctamente las técnicas básicas de batido, mezclado, amasado y horneado.
- Elaborar productos de repostería clásica como bizcochos, galletas, masas, cremas y rellenos básicos.
- Dar seguimiento a cada estudiante.

**Se requiere**:

- Indispensable contar con Título y Cédula en gastronomía, servicio de alimentos y bebidas, administración de empresas gastronómicas, repostería o afín.
- Deseable contar con Maestría - Título y Cédula.
- Experiência como docente tres años.
- Deseable conocimiento de sistemas y plataformas como Teams, Blackboard o afines.
