Lead the VDI AMEC DevOps team, ensuring the VDI environments are optimized and available and help with reducing our technical debt and to keep operational issues to the minimum. Contribute to the Product Vision and Roadmap of the hardware design environment in collaboration with the Chief Product Owner, Product Manager and Service Matter Expert. Contribute to the translation of the Product Roadmap (quarterly-plan) into features and stories for the team. Create, edit and manage the AMEC team backlog (epics, stories, defects), in alignment with the CPO. Review and prioritize the backlog as part of the prep work for Iteration (Sprint) Planning and provide the clarifications necessary to assist the team with their story estimates and sequencing. Coordinate dependencies with CPO and POs of other teams. Work closely together with the Scrum Master of your team. Participate in Iteration (Sprint) report outs/demos in collaboration with your team and impacted stakeholders
EXPERIENCE:
- as Product Owner, preferably using the SAFE methodology experience in working in a multi-national technical environment
- Proven experience in managing an maintaining a complex IT infrastructure (Linux system administration, VMWare, storage), and/or working in large-scale and complex technical environments
- Experience in working in the DevOps way of working (scrum, GitLab) is a plus
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per month
