Position objective:
Responsible for managing the projects related to our Customer´s main Programs, ensuring their proper execution with the maximum use of available resources

**Requirements**:

- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, mechatronic, electrical, etc.)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive industry.
- Experience in processing polymers (PVC, PE, PUR) either extrusion or injection molding.
- Experience in processing of metals such as copper, aluminum, alloys, etc.
- Knowledge in project management, new developments, NPI.
- Preferable knowledge of cables insulation process.
- Knowledge of core tools (PPAP, SPC, APQP, DFMEA, MSA).
- English: Conversational 80%
- Availability to travel.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Design the implementation plan for new projects considering the needs of our Clients, as well as the solutions available for their realization.
- Ensure the availability of prototypes for Customer´s evaluation and approval.
- Accompaniment in the process of accepting new projects (Sales-Process-Clients)
- Communicate the implementation strategy of new projects to the different operational levels to guarantee an effective launch.
- Ensure the complete execution of new projects, respecting, mainly the time considered in its planning.
- Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of project execution.
