**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design visually appealing event posters, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Edit and produce high-quality promotional video reels and social media content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Ensure all graphics and videos align with the brand's identity and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and software advancements.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Requirement**:

- A strong portfolio showcasing previous design and video editing work related to events industry.
