**World renowned Cellular Performance Institute looking for a logistics coordinator.**

The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana,is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator. This key role involves managing scheduling, transportation, and the overall coordination of patient services to ensure the seamless delivery of care, helping patients navigate their appointments, transfers, and support needs with both efficiency and compassion.

We are considered by many to be the world’s premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.

**Requirements**:

- Technical or Associate’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Tourism, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics, patient coordination, or customer service.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate transportation and lodging for patients based on Intake arrival notifications.
- Communicate arrival logistics clearly with inpatients and outpatients.
- Assign rooms per instructions and update details in Hotel Druid software.
- Book hotel stays for patients as needed.
- Notify doctors and nurses upon patient arrivals.
- Arrange shuttle services for patient transportation.
- Confirm patient departure dates with the Intake team and communicate departure logistics.
- Request takeaway meals for departing patients from the kitchen team.
- Update and maintain CHIPSA inpatient and outpatient lists.
- Draft and distribute patient letters as requested by Intake.
- Keep the Patient Treatment Weekly Calendar on Google Drive current and accessible.
- Print and distribute weekly class schedules to patients and staff.
- Prepare and distribute treatment calendars for inpatients and outpatients, obtaining necessary signatures.
- Hand out and collect inpatient surveys, ensuring feedback is shared with the Patient Experience Team Representative each Saturday.
- Serve as a key point of contact for patients, addressing their logístical concerns and enhancing their overall experience.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday 12pm to 8pm, and Saturday 8am to 4pm.

**Salary**:

- $14,953.20 MXN monthly before taxes.
