Content Planner

OPPO LATAM is looking for a **Content Planner**to join our team

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English writing and reading ability.
- Marketing, advertising, design or a communication degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of social media platform experience, especially with TikTok and Instagram is preferred; be a SoMe (social media) user and know deeply about all platforms.
- Hands-on experience in working with KOLs, with a deep understanding of social media ecosystems and KOL strategies.
- Strong sense of content creation and storytelling, with the ability to craft engaging and innovative ideas; familiarity with trends in short videos, visual content, and good aesthetic and planning skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute social media campaigns aligned with product communication plans, budgets, and launch schedules.
- Develop KOL collaboration proposals tailored to communication needs, including selection, engagement, and content planning; coordinate KOL content creation and distribution to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and communication goals.
- Propose creative content ideas based on communication strategies; cooperate with the production agency and delivery of high-quality content on schedule.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of product campaigns, ensuring content accuracy and brand consistency; monitor campaign performance and optimize content to achieve project KPIs.
- Track campaign data and deliver performance reports; analyze results and provide insights for strategy optimization.
