**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- Participate in strategic planning and ensure execution through the year
- Monitor HR main KPI´s and define action plans for improvement
- Ensures legal compliance and MAHLE policies and procedures related to HR
- Promotes employee engagement by deploying different activities
- Leads HR team and oversees the whole function that includes: payroll, staffing, training, OD,
- Other duties may be assigned.

**Your Skills & Strenghts**:

- HR experience (+ 5 Years in Leadership role). Automotive experience strongly preferred
- English fluent
- SAP knowledge desirable
