Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
The Americas Acetyl Chain (AC) Inventory Analyst role is a position within the Americas Controller organization. This role will work closely with other members of the Finance organization, especially members of FP&A, Plant, and Regional Shared Service teams. The Senior analyst will be responsible for supporting the largest US based legal entity.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Perform all related inventory related journal entries, financial flux, key judgments, internal controls, and management reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the U.S. based AC production facilities.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to be reviewed by Team Lead.
- Identify and cultivate productive relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Prepare key ad-hoc reporting and analysis requested by senior leadership.
- Consistently improve process and functional performance through innovative approaches to challenges.
- Identify, solve, and/or escalate accounting issues to Team Lead, where applicable.
- Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Required Education Level
- ** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or related discipline, required.**:

- CPA or equivalent, strongly preferred.

Required Experience
- ** USA GAAP.**:

- ** Minimum 3 years public accounting or private accounting experience, required.**:

- ** Inventory accounting experience, required.**:

- ** Bilingual English/Spanish, **required.**

- Excel intermedium
- SAP Experience a plus
