Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related career.
- Previous work experience as Sr. Quality Engineer (Minimum 5 years).
- Extensive knowledge in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MISA, SPC, FMEA, CP) and Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (Black Belt certification desirable)
- Knowledge of Engineering standards (Quality tools) and QMS (Certified auditor desirable).
- Advanced knowledge in statistical analysis, problem solving methods and GD&T.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Minitab. Power BI, Reliasoft and SolidWorks basic knowledge.
- Advanced soft skills:_ _Leadership, Empowerment, One Team Mentality, Assertive and Effective communication, Analytical, Management of work teams, Objective.
- Ability to travel 15% of time.
- _Activities:_ Lead the MEX AQE team to track multiple projects simultaneously to ensure compliance with Milwaukee Tool's schedule, process and end user satisfaction.
- Audit and approve AQE deliverables before QBs to ensure a success build assessing the risk effectively. (Quality Readiness).
- Give daily effective communication to the AQE manager about the current status of the NPD and Transfer projects and escalate any support needed.
- Develop the team on technical and soft skills to ensure a successful decision making during difficult trade off discussions and converge meetings.
