- The Talent Acquisition Interviewer is responsible for the effective selection and hiring of qualified personnel. Performing behavioral and competency-based interviews and assessments for the various operative roles while building the value of our brand.

**Job responsibilities and functions**
- Conduct in-person and remote interviews while building the value of the brand utilizing various interview techniques (Competency & Behavioral based interviews).
- Preform English level assessments utilizing the Common European Framework for the Reference of Languages.
- Compliance with the operative hiring requirements and overall objectives of the area.
- Follow-up with the internal transfer of operative personnel.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions.
- Send the consent forms to our internal and external clients and meet the deadlines required by the clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (Desirable)
- Intermediate English level
- Specialized knowledge: Related Human Resources experience
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office
- Experience: 1+ years experience in the Talent Acquisition activities.
