This is a full-time, on-site job position located in Guadalajara
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Buyer to be responsible for the execution, follow-up, and administration of purchases for assigned areas or clients. Your activities will include receiving and tracking client and internal requisitions, performing quotes and negotiations, creating purchase orders, and making purchases while reviewing payment terms with suppliers. You will also manage purchase payments, search for new suppliers, and process payment verifications (checks, credit cards, petty cash). Additionally, this role involves registering employees for medical insurance and managing client social events.
**Qualifications**:
- Academic Level: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field.
- Required Languages: Spanish and English.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in the purchasing area (internship experience is applicable).
- Knowledge: Proficiency in Office suite, experience with ERP systems.
- Competencies: Attention to detail, initiative, multitasking, negotiation, organization.
- Driving License required.
