Funciones Principales
- Preparar la capacidad extra en piso de ventas.
- Ejecutar la estrategias
- Planear y ejecutar iniciativas en piso de ventas y escaparates
- Garantizar la ejecución de señalética adecuada en piso de ventas.
- Gestionar mantenimiento de herrajes y maniquís.
- Comunicarse con los stakeholders de marketing.
Experiência:
- Mínima de 2 años en Retail (centros comerciales, tiendas departamentales, tiendas de ropa)
- Ventas generales en productos de consumo deseable deportivos
Competencias Personales:
- Trabajo en equipo
- Orientado a resultados
- Comunicación efectiva
- Manejo del estrés y tolerancia a la frustración
- Pasión por las ventas y el servicio al cliente
Competencias Técnicas:
- Técnicas de ventas
- Conocimiento y manejo de funciones de caja
- Control de inventarios
- Técnicas de motivación
