We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at CEVA Logistica de Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational efficiency of our Contract Logistics department within the Saltillo, Coahuila location.
Your expertise will be fundamental in managing various aspects of logistics operations, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and optimising resource utilisation. You will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the logistics processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Oversee contract management aspects, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient logistics strategies that align with business objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements.
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications related to logistics operations, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements, making necessary adjustments to operations as needed.
