**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Work to ensure the continuity of operations of CNC equipment, conventional machines, chemical treatment lines and facilities, as well as the installation of services in new projects, transfers and changes. Guarantee that maintenance activities on the machining center equipment (preventive, corrective, predictive, planned, autonomous) on the equipment, buildings and related services are executed on time and properly.
- Manage the deployment and standardization of the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) program.
- Facilitate compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to buildings and equipment found in them. Ensure that the installations, modifications and changes necessary for the development of new projects are conducted in the assigned buildings.
- Contribute to the reduction of waste in production processes.
- Manage services to execute assigned maintenance and installations with external suppliers.
- Solve equipment and service operation problems based on experience, guidelines, policies and established processes.

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
- You have a minimum of 2-8 years of experience within the maintenance/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering/Projects environment.
- You have extensive knowledge in corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of CNC equipment.
- You have experience running diagnostics with ball bar.
- You have taken part in continuous improvement systems and be expert indicators such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF.
- You have experience in mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs for CNC machinery.
- You are passion for order and cleanliness, show participation in 5's projects.
- You have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, manufacturing processes.
- You have an intermediate level of English, capable of holding a conversation.
- You have project administration management.
- You are open to giving and receive feedback.
