**PROJECT MANAGER**

JLL, empresa líder mundial en el sector inmobiliario, busca por crecimiento para su División de Servicios de Ingeniería **Project Manager**
- **Actividades**:

- Coordinar a los proveedores y los procesos para garantizar que el proyecto de construcción se termine en tiempo y de forma exitosa.
- Será el punto de contacto para todo lo relacionado con los plazos y la organización del proyecto.
- Liderará varios proyectos de construccion dentro de planta (Dique, cuarto de maquinas, etc..)
- Diseñar dimensiones
- Obtener un costo base
- Proyectos de remodelación, construcción, adecuaciones, sistema de distribución de espacios
- Obra civil mecánica, electrica, acabados

**Zona de Trabajo: San Luis Potosi (cerca de parque WTC)**

**Horario de trabajo**:Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm

**Requisitos**:

- SOLO INGENIEROS CIVILES
- Conocimiento en administración de proyectos de contruccion,
- Manejo de proveedores de construccion
- Conocimiento en redes electricas
- Control de presupuesto y trabajo en equipo
- Manejo de Autocad
- Inglés básico
