**Descripción del puesto**:
Serás el arquitecto y narrador de la historia de Grupo, creando y difundiendo contenidos que inspiren orgullo, sentido de pertenencia y compromiso en los colaboradores. Tu misión será fortalecer la Cultura, asegurando que la comunicación sea efectiva, atractiva y alineada a nuestros valores.
**Principales responsabilidades**:
- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de comunicación interna y engagement.
- Traducir los valores de la empresa en mensajes visuales y narrativos memorables.
- Crear campañas digitales y contenidos que promuevan orgullo y pertenencia.
- Publicar y gestionar contenido en redes sociales corporativas.
- Generar iniciativas interactivas, dinámicas y retos para colaboradores.
- Medir indicadores de participación y engagement, realizando mejoras continuas.
**Perfil requerido**:
- **Escolaridad**: Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Artes Visuales o Mercadotecnia.
- **Experiência**: 2 años en Comunicación Interna, Diseño o Marketing.
- **Conocimientos**: Manejo de programas de diseño y edición (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) y paquetería Microsoft Office.
- **Horario**: Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
