Job Responsibilities:
Seeking a highly skilled Creative Design Manager with a proven track record in advertising and brand design. In this role, you will lead a small, talented team of designers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute compelling content for marketing campaigns, and new product launches.

Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of multi disciplined designers. Foster a collaborative and inspiring environment to maximize team performance. Provide art direction and guidance for design specialists (web, photography, video) to follow the campaign style and messaging
- Creative Direction: Develop and oversee creative concepts and execute design strategies for advertising campaigns, product launches, and other brand initiatives. Ensure all visual communications align with Razer’s brand identity and goals.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all channels and platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
- Design Quality: Review and approve design work, ensuring that all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations.
- Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end design process for multiple projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Pre-Requisites:

- 5+ years design industry experience, preferably within an advertising agency environment.
- English and Vietnamese speaking is a must.
- Demonstrated experience in a design leadership role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and design projects
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and guide a design team, fostering an environment of creativity and excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and in a team
- Understanding of gaming culture
