**SOBRE EL PUESTO**

Impulsarás el impacto visual de las marcas conceptualizando y desarrollando animaciones 2D y 3D de alto nível. Liderarás propuestas de motion graphics para campañas digitales y contenidos crossmedia, transformando ideas creativas en piezas dinámicas y atractivas que fortalezcan el storytelling. Colaborarás con equipos multidisciplinarios para innovar constantemente, optimizar procesos y guiar a perfiles junior y mid dentro del equipo creativo.

**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA**:

- Conceptualizarás y desarrollarás animaciones 2D y 3D que potencien el storytelling de las marcas.
- Liderarás propuestas de motion graphics para campañas digitales, presentaciones y contenidos crossmedia, transformando ideas creativas en piezas visuales dinámicas, atractivas y de alto impacto.
- Optimizarás y adaptarás animaciones para distintos formatos y plataformas digitales, colaborando con equipos creativos, de diseño, copy y producción para generar soluciones integrales.
- Mantendrás una exploración constante de nuevas tendencias, técnicas y herramientas en motion design.

**LO QUE ESTAMOS BUSCANDO**:

- Profesionales en; Diseño gráfico, multimedia, animación digital, publicidad, comunicación visual o carreras afines.
- 3 a 6 años de experiência en roles similares.
- Dominio de After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D o Blender.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Photoshop e Illustrator para integración gráfica.
- Inglés intermedio/Avanzado.
